The Tricity is on a precautionary lockdown mode. Schools and universities are closed. Restaurants, cinemas and bars are closed and people are advised to self-quarantine. We’ve been doing it for the last couple of weeks and it drove us up the wall! So, last week we decided to explore alternatives and see what we could do to avoid going mad and here are our best recommendations:

Couch and a bed – two places where you’ll most likely spend a lot of time during social distancing. What about our physical activity now? Don’t get stuck on a couch and use this time to exercise more and prepare yourself for summer. The Internet is a treasure box full of simple workouts. Perhaps you already worked on a routine with your gym trainer and can implement it at home. Maybe Yoga?? Try watching YogaWithAdriene or MMYoga on YouTube. You’ll find hundreds of yoga-related videos for both beginners and advanced yoga fans. Do you have cramps? Want to unwind or work on your flexibility? 15 min or an hour of practice? You for sure will find what you’re looking for. So hop into something comfy and work out!

Any Art buffs? Closed museums doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy culture. Google comes to the rescue with the Google Arts & Culture Collection. Check out the greatest art pieces from museums all around the world including MoMa, Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, British Museum in London, Versailles in Paris, Smithsonian Museums in Washington D.C. and many Polish museums.
